CHEF STEPHEN'S CULINARY EXPERIENCE

About the Chef at Culinary Creations Meal Prep

My culinary journey began back in Toronto beginning with completing the Culinary Management Program at George Brown College. Along the way I was fortunate to work at some of Toronto's finest restaurants under the guidance of some of Canadians top critically acclaimed Chefs. After a few years of toiling away, I decided to jump into the fire and opened my first restaurant in Toronto Beaches called Spiaggia, a 25 seat trattoria which was featured in the publication "Where To Eat In Canada", along with being reviewed by the feared restaurant critic for the Globe and Mail, Joanne Kates, who could make you or break you, in which she stated "the Chef can cook with the best of them". I went on to open 2 more restaurants, a catering business, became a personal chef and after moving to Kelowna I started Inferno Woodfired Pizza, a mobile trailer that I operated for 5 years. I have worn many hats along the way and it has definitely been an adventurous journey.
